That is a sad story but I think it is also disturbing that a high school ag department would be raising farm animals as "pets", this is the logic that helps animal rights groups blur the lines between production ag and companion animals.

Listen.... whoever did this is stupid enough to do this, isn't smart enough to keep quiet.
I would also look at the "animal rights" groups.... they are evil and have no intentions of protecting animals. Their only goal is to line their pockets with money.

Kind of sad.  Although Chipotle is an avid HSUS/PETA supporter for them to jump on board for something in the news.

This somewhat hit home b/c I remember how PETA would attach us at our county fair. We would have to take a little lesson before county fair on how to ignore them; don't let them film you no matter what, ignore their handouts, keep walking, that sort of thing. They would have done ANYTHING to get their press and I hope like crazy that this didn't happen by the hands of one of those radical groups, unless they get caught and get the bad press out of it.
