Has anyone delt with this company before??? I sent some blood work to them three weeks ago for THA and PH testing and have not heard from them... I talked to them (got Lucky) on Oct. 4 and was told my results would be in the mail by the end of the week..Now when I try to call it just rings off the wall or it goes to a machine that has a full box.. (argue)

Talked to them today.  My results would be done on Thursday and if I did not want to wait on mail, I should call and they would fax.  No problems here

Great company, but a bit under staffed!  Keep trying.

I found that with each sample turn around time varies from a couple months to almost immediately. Its tough to say they consistently turn results around in two weeks. They did have an email and I found that I got more response via email. The testing demand has grown faster than they have.

Igenity has consistently returned results for AM and NH tests to me within 10 days by email and hardcopy follow up.  Haven't tried any other company.

UGH! Yes! We sent one sample on a heifer of mine, and after a month i called them and asked them if they had it finished, come to find out they had finished it the day i sent it but they misfiled my paperwork. However, i was impressed with the professionalism they exhibited. My recommendation would be possibly trying to e-mail them?

One of our vets used this company to test our heifer. Took a little longer than expected, but we got the results in the mail just fine.
