I have heard nothing of the sort, and quite frankly would be very surprised if the top 2 would have a problem.
These Major shows have really cracked down on the testing, and the people that have the steers that can run at these shows know this.
Many of these shows are doing a very good job of identifying and exposing unethical practices. It isn't as much "If you get caught" as it is "WHEN you get caught".
