Angus Heifer

Here's an Angus heifer that would, if I had the $, convince me to get back into Angus Cattle. She sells today in the Tennessee River Music Sale, in Ft. Payne, AL.  She's by Dunlouise Cortachy Boy and out of N Bar Enchantress U 139E.  If Ft. Payne sounds familiar, it's because it's the hometown of Randy Owens, the lead singer for the country group "Alabama".  This is his annual production sale.  I'll be watching but most likely NOT buying!  It's being broadcast ilve by Liveauctions.tv.

Amazingly, my internet connection got screwed up right in the middle of the bidding for her!!!  Glad I wasn't a bidder who had paid for the privilege!  Anyway, I'm only guessing, but based on where the bidding was when I lost it and how long they'd been bidding on her, I'd guess around $2500.  I'd sure like to know if anyone else knows the final bid.
