Has anyone ever tried to put straws in each horn at the sane time? Dies it work? I would think it would giving a better chance of the cow to stick.

We did it this last year from one we could never seem to get stuck ai.  We actually used 3, one on each side and one in the middle.  She bred first time.

I try to put a little to the left and little to the right and the rest just barely in the Uterus but I just use one straw. I bred all my cows AI.

That is my standard procedure. I split every straw in every cow, you just never know where, if any, scar tissue is there -- some times one side or the other may be partially blocked and will divert the semen. Horn breeding makes sure each side has a chance to fertilize if the egg is there. It works VERY well.
