Hey Babytex, this is the Becker County mom, Louise Jacobson.  No I am not one of Rhondi's daughters but my our family is in the same 4-H club as the Ulmers and exhibit with them @ the Becker Co.fair.  My oldest son isn't old enough to go to State yet, two more years.  We look forward to maybe seeing you this spring/summer possibly at a joint county event.  Interested in seeing pix of your new heifer.  Did you get her locally, or did you have to go very far to purchase her?  Talk to you soon. i actually went out to Oakes North Dakota, but it wasnt that big of a deal because my grandparents live in abeerdeen south dakota only about a hour from oakes. Iam realkly looking forward to doing the joint clipping clinnic with becker county and i dont no if you have heard fornm your extension adgent but her and my extension adgent are planning on an EOT and Becker Co trip to arrowood waterpark trip sometime sonn and i am also looking forward to that too.
i asm recently still waiting on the county ambassador results for our county os only selecting six ambassadors this year, and last year everyone was ambassadors who apled.
just wondering wht kind of aminals do you guys show????
my county adgent would love to hear about the EOT and Becker county connection on this website!!!!!!

Hey Perham!  We have basically shown Angus: steers, heifer, cow/calf, feeders. My cowherd is basically purebred black angus.  This year we AI'd a few cows to Who Made Who, Swoosh, Whose your daddy. Javelin, and Star Power.  My son's show heifer(reg angus) we bred to SAF Focus of Er.  I very excited for calving this coming spring.  Very cool connection on steer planet.
