I have two cows in standing heat they started standing approx. 9-10 this morning and are still standing now.

I have a ball game to go to here shortly. Do I breed them now (5) or wait for 4 hours (9) when I get home????

I'd get home first, eat supper, take a 3 hour nap, and then head out there around midnight or even later!!! Too early and you are waisting your time!

Cooler then too!

Is 20 - 24 hours after standing heat ends too late?  At what point do you say percentage of getting it to stick is too low so don't waste the effort or juice?

12 hours after onset of standing heat. I would rather breed early than late and give a shot of Cystorelin.

Cows typically ovulate 10-12 after standing heat ends. Go to the game, and breed when you get home. Say if that were not an option, you could breed now and most likely be ok, but if you have he option to wait, then wait.
