This board has always been a wonderful source of informatio, and I could sure use some. When a Strictly Buisness cow milks good, they have proven to be some great show cattle mommas. It is my thought that by adding some Simmy to the mix it might make for some good cows. Please compare for me, the bulls Ground Zero and Nutt in Butt Buisness. Both by Buisness and out of Simmy cows. What are their good and bad points? Calving? Milk? Looks? Or would it be better just to use old Buisness himself? Help please

The Reserve Crossbred steer at the Kansas Junior Livestock Show was a Hannibal out of a Nutt n Butt cow. He was really stylish and looked to have more muscle than most Hannibals.

If I recall correctly, it was the scary calving stories that kind of hampered Ground Zero after his first calf crop. I think it was that plus a little lack of hair that hampered Fear This (Strictly's sire) as well. I have seen some nice looking Ground Zero females, but I think you'd really have to watch the BW's, just my opinion

I had also heard that Ground Zero should only be used on mature cows, and that he was very inconsistent. Is the same true for Nutt in Butt, or is he an easier calver?
