Someone (probably me) left a gate open last night and we had seven bulls escape this morning during a snowstorm.  Two of them ended up in our front yard.  Here they are trying to get in the house.

We have had this happen ourselves. Imagine opening the front door because someone (something) is knocking and to my surprise it's our bull. He decided the wreath on the door looked like a good snack (that was the knock). We have also had a couple of young calves find refuge on the front porch from a storm.

That's hilarious!  When I still had breeding cattle (Lowlines), I headed out to do chores one nice summer morning and found my (rather tame) Lowline bull lying in the garden right beside the back deck!  He looked just like Ferdinand!  He just laid there looking up at me as if to say, "What took you so long?".  I headed to the corral, opened the gate, and he mosied on back in!

Thought one summer we was headed south.  The herd got out on a Sunday morning and got the dreaded call.
Went to run them back home. Well we had to pass the country church, the front door standing wide open and
the bull was headed right in the door , stuck his head in and someone shewed him back from the door.
