We have had quite a few calves out of him.  We used him on all of our heifers for two years.  All the calves always hit the ground running and were small.  We had no calving problems.  I would say the averaged 60 lbs.  This year we dad a bull out of a Wazn't Me X Angus heifer that weighed 45 lbs.  He is now two months old and is thick and looks nice but he is still really small. We only sold one as a steer out of a Heat Seeker daughter and did not ever keep a heifer out of him.  The calves were all born small and seemed to stay that way.  They look nice but never seem to grow tall enough for us.

Not to many times you get discussion about 8 Meyer. He has been one of the best bulls, for a number of years to produce Sim Angus or Sim Maine genetics for replacements. Have NEVER heard anything BAD about him.
