We have several similar to these two guys.  And several a bit younger.  Haven't clipped my best heifer yet, need to work a bit more, but will soon.
We're in Central TX just west of Lampasas, if you want to come see 'em.  More pics soon as I have them.  THANKS!

Hey! Those boys are lookin good!  I knew there were some good calves under all that shag.  I can't wait to see your heifers, they were my favorite before they were clipped.

Are these your first attempts at clipping? You did a DARN nice job.

Yep.  The clipping helps tremendously, but the your average customer is used the looking at good pictures of good calves.  Your pictures and poses need to be as good as the next guys'

We totally agree . . .  just taking us a while, since we're still working other jobs not just the calves.  This is our first year breeding clubbies so please be patient.  Its a work in progress!  Thanks <cowboy>

Nice calves Kobo Ranch -- like the extension and look

Question -- as I am always an inquisitive guy -- how did the camera stamp the pics with 10 and 11 of 2008 if they were shot yesterday?? As I said -- just curious?

Nice calves -

Terry

What are these calves out of and how much are you asking for them?
They are out of big stout Angus/Maine cross cows.  3-6 yr olds.  Most sired by Paddy Omalley, (not AI'd they were on the bull)
We have a few that lean more angus, and a few more Maine.  Also 4 ABC calves out of a Gert bull, we bought a few Angus/Semi type baldies with the group.
Email me for info on pricing.  We're trying to be very fair on prices since this is our first year (not to mention the economy)  THANKS

Wild guess . . . me the camera gal isn't a photographer.  didn't have my camera dated right.  I promise they were shot the day before I posted!  Will have my son fix the dating on my camera!!! ::)

Ok I should 'of fessed up already!    I didn't clip these ()or my husband we had a nice young steer jockey that did em for us.  I'm gonna try on the next two myself, (does it count if I've been the barber on my own two boys hair cuts since day one??  Gonna give it a try, not that I would probably for the big shows, but think I might can do an ok job for selling purposes, we'll see . . .  ;)

Giving your sons haircuts may be tougher for you since they can comment on your job and our children never hesitate to give us their opinion! (clapping) (lol)
