Here's a steer that will put you in the hunt at your county fair. He's an April out of a Heatwave/Who bull that we leased and his Mother is our 1999 born Foundation Traveller Angus cow.
We are a small family cow calf operation that's focus is on quality over quantity. Our primary goal over the years has been to retain our best for our kids to show. Now that they are both in College we are keeping our passion alive by continuing to raise Show Calves and helping other families achieve the succsess that we've enjoyed since our start of raising show cattle 15 years ago.
He's a super easy doing steer that's got natural thickness, big topped and a monster quarter...and weighs approx. 750 lbs. .
He's on an Umbargers Show Feeds Breeder/Grower Formula, when he gets turned loose on a high energy feed he'll really power up. My daughter showed him at a local Jackpot Show in September and he has since been haltered, walked, rinsed and clipped many times. We took him to Michigan State Universities Large Animal Clinic in November to Dr. Ames for hoof trimming and he has been double vaccinated and wormed.
We look forward to sending this steer a good family that will get him to his full potential and will work with the family to help make it happen.
Located in Northwest Ohio new both the Michigan and Indiana borders.
Priced at $1500.00
