Looking for Competitive Show Steer or Heifer in Nebraska for next year county fair, or possibly State fair if good enough. Please pm me. Pictures appreciated. Breed dont matter. Thanks alot.

If you want a great heifer at an awesome price...contact Major's Maines in North Platte Nebraska.  They have all heifers at $1500 and steers at $750.  I just went thru them for a second time.  The cows are priced too VERY reasonably.  They have a website you'll have to google.  If I had more $$ I would have had a couple trailer loads of heifers and cows to bring home but sadly my banker husband limited my funds.

If I read right, they're selling all the cows too?? Bred back for 2500?.. might have to make the trek up there from Curtis and check 'em out myself!

$2500 was with calf at side...that sale is over.  Don't quote me but all breds are $1800 I think.  They are retiring and would like to get to 30 cows.  Brooks will still have his cattle though.

Good cattle people...hate to see them retire.
