Cool Calf unit for sale!

I have a cool calf refrigeration unit for sale. The Model # on the condenser unit is #HTLH401H22D (uses 220) and the Model # on the evap coils is  HTA48212B (uses 110). The condenser is 4HP and the evap coils each are 21,200 BTUH.I spoke with Clendon Gilbert at Cool Calf to see what the value of this would be. With it being in excellent condition he said the used value of the machine would be between $2700-$2800, to purchase a new one a person would be looking at $4300. It is in excelletn condition, still looks new. When using it the temp was kept as 42F, however, the temp range that is listed on the machine says the range is 0F-35F. Also, I would like to include that it is just the condenser and evap coils that are for sale. I would be willing to take $2250, and at this price the customer pays shipping. Depending on how far the drive is i would be willing to discuss meeting half way. Also to clarify for everybody, I am only selling the cooling unit and all that goes with it. No structures or buildings are included. I apologize for any confusion.
