She is still really looking nice and you are doing a great job with her. I'm sold on Dirty Hairy.

I know there are others on SP more qualified, but one suggestion. I would probably start cooling her ration down a bit. Might need to give her a little more roughage. She is getting a little fleshy around her tail head region to be ideal IMO. I hope one of our more experienced fitters chimes in and corrects me if I'm wrong and perhaps has a different opinion.

nice profile on the heifer  i do agree with Telos as i would slack off the grain and give her hay and beet pulp

If your feeding a commercail feed, give her 1/2 feed, 1/4 beet pulp and 1/4 oats....Shes looking good (thumbsup)

thank you all for the suggestions.  We have been cutting her feed back over a month or so and have been adding more beet pulp to slow her down.  She can weight just off of hay! Anyway, she is featured in Dirty Harry's ad in the Maine-Anjou Voice opn pg. 130 if anyone is interested.  Thanks for the good comments ;D

IMO, I too would cool her down if you want her to be a cow as well as a showheifer.  She's got enough going for her to not have to be super fat.  A lot of show heifers deposit a lot of fat in their udder and really have trouble milking.  I'm sure you don't want that.  Good luck with her, she looks great!!
