Dry skin after lice

This is my first time posting, hope I'm in the right spot!

We got a calf in January, realized she had lice when we got her home.  Contacted people we got her from, their vet said to use Ivermectin pour on.  Did that almost 5 weeks ago. (Says to retreat in 56 days). Seems to have taken care of lice problem, however now she has was appears to be dry skin/dandruff.  It's mainly on her neck. Any ideas on how to treat? Try some Shapley's MTG.

As someone previously said, I really like MTG. I also fill the bottom of a bucket with conditioner and then fill it with vinegar and water. Pour it down her top or where needed, and work it in well. Hope this helps!

If you are not already using an antifungal shampoo, do so just in case it is being caused by a fungus.
