I'm looking for some information on the Torrington, Wyoming area.   Are any of the SP members from that area??

I'm not "from" there, but have been there many, many times doing cattle biz when I lived in WY.  What do you want to know?

I'm just looking for a good place to stay in Torrington.  I might need to be there for a while this summer.  Do you know of any extended stay options in the area?

There is a King's INN and Super 8.  Neither one to fancy, but a place to stay.  You are 45 minutes from Scottsbluff, lots of choices if you don't mind driving.

The King's Inn and a few smaller and lesser known motels in the area. I lived there from 1967 -1969 then again from 1971 -1973. Not much has changed since then really.Still big wonderful Wyoming. There are some good cattle producers in the area, and believe it or not there used to be some good pheasant hunting and great muley deer also.My two oldest children and 7 grand children live in Douglas, but are originally from the Torrington area.I won't mention all the hell-raising bars that used to be there,as that part of my life is only a memory...John
