Can you please list any embryo facilities that you know of in OH,WV,MD,PA. I need to flush a cow in may. I am also need a place where you can take receipts out so they can take the grade 3 eggs.

Been there, done that, as well.  Only difference is that I have had nothing but great luck.  100% conception on the eggs he has put in at his place.  Also, put in about 30 that had been flushed at Shafers facility, and had 75% conception on those embryos.  I've got nothing but good things to say about the Shafer family.  Great people, great facility, great to work with.
