Extra Black

I bought some cows out of a Simmi Bull named Extra Black a few years ago, excellent producers.  I think  he traces back to a Kansas breeder named Buckman.  Does anyone know if this bull was ever collected or know anything about him?

If it is the same bull, we used him in '84 for our '85 calf crop.  He was a NBI bull and it it the same bull I may be able to find some semen for you.
