Fall Calving Commercial Cow Herd - FOR SALE!!! Must sale immediately!!!

I have a client with 57 fall calving cows for sale. All the cows are Angus with some having registration papers. They range in age from 3-7 years old. They are bred to registered Angus herd bulls, one being a Bextor son. They should begin to calve in November and finish up in December. There may be a few that carry over to January. They are priced to sale as the owner has just entered assisted living and can no longer maintain the herd. The cows must go. The price is $1150 per cow or best offer. The owner would prefer to sale them as a group but we are open to any and all offers. The herd bulls are available as well.
