Favorite breed? And why

Hi all so we have been breeding replacement heifers for a few years now. And I thought I would ask all of you what your favorite breed is and why. Right now we are running a few different breeds. I have a few straight angus a few straight simmental. Some sim X angus and some angus X Hereford. They all have there pros and cons what's your favorite

I guess I should tell you my favorite would probably be the angus Hereford crosses

I like the right Angus Hereford x then breed to one of the newer low BW thick Shorthorns O0

I have to pick two.  Shorthorn for the temperament and meat quality.  Galloway for their hardiness and there meat quality also.
