My county steer is a hairy blue roan with hereford-esque marking (white belly, legs, tail switch and face, blue roan body). He already is carrying more weight on his front half, and I'm afraid pulling his legs up will add to the problem. I've seen kids in my county pull all the hair up and forward and form a "fin" on the front side of the leg, should I do that?
