Have an 8 year old Who da Man x Kadabra that I will be flushing this spring. Looking for recommendations, she is 28.5% Chi and 3/8 Maine.  We have flushed her to Troubadour once before and bred her that way once.  I just put the last embryo in and hoping it sticks.  Her Maternal Perfection calf was the best so far, but want to keep her genetics around for some time to come, so I was wanting to flush her with sexed semen.  On her Troubadour flush she made over 30 eggs, but only three were frozen, so she overstimulated.  I have sexed SAC Conversation (just had one of those two years ago), In Dew Time and Driver.  If they make show heifers that's great, but really looking for good, stout, cowy females that will produce.  The Maternal Perfection has really made some nice calves and we've retained a bull and heifer from her.  With her Chi percentage, I could breed her to a Jersey and they'd be Chi for two more generations.

Abs sells sexed brilliance for $50 /, genex sexed insight for $50/. Both of those would be great on her. There used to be some sexed maternal perfection floating around too. Maybe check with Wade Rodgers to see if he has any left

Or pick any bull and do IVF and reverse sort the semen. There is some that don't reverse sort but not near as many that do.

This is what Maternal Perfection did for her.  I like her a lot, just wonder if there is something better.  I know there have been a lot of advancements in IVF, but still like the conventional embryos a little better, plus our vet does the flushing at his place and I can flush her in the morning and take the eggs home that afternoon.  She is flighty so disposition is kind of important.  First is a calf pic and second is as a first calf heifer.

I was able to get sexed Maternal Perfection, so I will be flushing her that way and if she cycles back quick enough, I am going to flush her clubby too.  I am going to breed her to Maternal Made for her natural and hope for another heifer.

We got 5, 6-1 sexed embryos out of the deal. 2 dead’s and 16 unfertiles. Flushed her to Dual Threat conventional and froze 19, 2 unfertile an 8 dead. Pretty happy with that.
