Looking for recommendations for breeding for my Driving 80 Maine-Anjou Cow. She's 75% maine. She just turned 2 in March. She had her 1st calf last week. She had a Gucci 75 lb Heifer that we had to pull. Looking to AI breed her again in June. Looking to stay in the Maine breed. It seems like a lot of the Maine Bulls have the same line as hers. I attached a pic of her a week before she calved.

Depends what your goals are with her. State of Mind, Comfort Zone, Second to None, Daddy's Money, Maternal Perfection, Black Power Play, Unstoppable are some popular names in the club calf realm right now.

We want a quality show animal. We are new to this.  Does it matter that some of these bulls have the same I80/Cowan's ALI line that she's got?

Depends who you ask and what you are specifically looking to raise. Market animal, probably fine. Breeding animal, probably not.

I would go Here I Am on her.  I had one built and bred similar have sweet MAB clone bull calf.  I would also not hesitate going second 2 none on her also.  He is reg. Maine as well as MAB if you are wanting a Maine calf.  The second to none heifer calf i had out of a plain jane Maine Angus would knock your socks off with the amount of hair and how feminine she looks.  She was my first heifer to sell this spring,  being born the first if February.
