i'm thinking that the reason they (we) have bailed them out is the possibility that state tax revenues would decline too much if property tax base was allowed to decline to their true unsubsidized value, including mandated growth (5%) in California even though we are losing native population and would be losing 500,000/year were it not for illegal and legal immigration.  the folks who are leaving see the underwriting on the wall.

it is in the best interest of all if we teach as many as people as possible to be independent of the government for their lifestyle.  we have taught one or two generations that competition is bad and we need to have shared misery.

what we need to do to "get in the game(joe biden)", is to have every citizen pay taxes, that way they will have more of an interest of where their taxes go.  we need to have more people in the game of either employment or supplying employment rather than thinking about taxing the employment providers.  there are tooooooooooooooooooo many people not in the game and it is basically government policy to teach our kids that not being in the game is the best thing for them because Uncle Joe will take care of them.

when ever folks quit "thinking" about whats wrong....and "recogonize" whats  wrong, and swallow it, then we can get some where.... 5 frogs sitting on a log.....3 decide to jump in......how many frogs are still  sitting on the log?........ answer...5.........3 decided to....but didnt take any action to go ahead and do it.....jbarl
