why does that carnac steer look so much bigger hipped and boned in his picture than his video?

For one, that picture was taken when he was 30 days old. He simply did some growing from picture to video time. Yes, he could look stouter in that video, but that was taken shortly after weaning and he has done a lot of changing since then. Come take a look for yourself and see that he is a super stout, big topped, big ended steer.

She's something pretty special. She will show, but where she will be the most valuable is in the pasture as a cow. Her mom is a ground sow, who made who cow. Someone should look into this one...
