I have had 2 different EXT sons that I never pulled a calf out of a heifer or cow. Calves born in march would average around 700lbs plus when sold the first part of jan. I used BC lookout a couple years ago hoping for some good replacements but never liked a single one of them steers or heifers out of angus and simm/angus cows.

Interesting I had 15 out of hfrs last year which my first year using him and they all came easily. All born before due date with no assists not small calves but no problems.

Justamere Panama Jack Reserve champion bull at NWSS 2010,2010  Canadian Angus show bull of the year. Calves easy, very growthy, and all of the calves I have seen are easily show ring worthy

Nck21, I went to the Angus web-site and put in some criticaal parameters for calving ease, high growth, high accuracy bulls and below is what I recieved.
The info was attached earlier, but now is not. The parameters that I had put in were,
CED; min. 8, max, 10, acc. .50
BW: min. -6, max -2, acc..80
WW: min. 40, max 65,acc. .70
YW; min80, max 110,acc.60
The search came up with 5 bulls total

B/R New Design 323-8212; reg # 13043866

Car Efficient 534;reg# 15170660

GDAR Justice 622;reg# 15372516

For me the Car Efficient bull would be the bull to use out of those that met the tight criteria.IMO.
