Hello Stumpy!! and congradulations with GUS!! I thought you fellas should have won more this show season than you have with that bull. I think he is without a doubt one of the best "Horns" to come down the pike in many of year. Great for breeders of purebreds and a wonderful selection to use on those extra stout Angus and on any carrier type crossbred. Heis by far the soundest shorthorn I've seen in quite sometime. I got most of the firestorm on "Jakes Proud Jazz" started and am proud of that fact. IMHO Gus will be even better. Hello out there to all the old "Showsteers" friends and enemies... JOHN OKLA now of Wisconsin.Pushing 60 and still kicking.

I saw a flushmate to her the other day that looks real good. Tim said they'll be taking the 2 hfrs to IL expo & KY expo.

I'd be glad to clip on her if I see her before then.  If you're serious, I bet I could get on her at the expo if you wanted.  I DO love to clip.  I'd offer to fit her, but I believe we have one that will either be in your class, or very close to it.
