Hair growth supplement

What do you recommend for a hair growth supplement? I have looked around and it seems like sullivans shag or the grow and shine work best.thoughts on those or other supplements would be great.

The cooler will help.  But genetics, followed by lots of rinsing and brushing, and keeping them in dark conditions will do the most.
