Hair problems!!!

I bought a purebred charolais and a charolais/maine heifer last fall, and they both had fairly nice hair.  They both had huge fluffy ears and good hair on their body and legs but its all gone!  I have no idea what I'm doing wrong! Please help!!!

I think that it is normal for them to shed the hair.  The question is what are you doing for a rinse, blow, comb routine to get it back?  The breed is not known for tons of hair so you may need a little extra work.  If you post your current routine, maybe a couple people could show you how to improve it a little.
