i would be scared of alias, he has a tendency to be small too, we need to add growth in these show cattle today, theyve been getting smaller and smaller, and with this we get into structure problems, such as short hipped.

possibly my turn now that his pedigree is not heat seeker x who/total play.  I know he goes back to heat seeker but it might be far enough back in the pedigree. he will add grow to them also!

We've had good luck with HRF Hairy on Heat Wave influence cattle.  Just really seems to moderate them and help with soundness.  The steers or heifers will be sellable, in our experience.  With Lifeline on top and out of the Harrietta cow, it sure isn't going to hurt the maternals.

I would use a half Jersey or half longhorn for the first calf.  Second calf Tyson or Lifeline.
