A couple of our herd bulls this year. The white one is Hatfield Bingo 2F by Diamond Director 7D and out of a Diamond Prohecy 21P cow. The red is Diamond General 40F, a Diamond Belvedere 29B son out of a Glenford Captain 39X daughter. He is seeing limited use before heading to his new home, a 500 head commercial herd in the foothills.
Diamond General 40G had a 4.91 ADG for 100 days, he was the high gaining bull. He also indexed 111 for marbling.

Ya the black does go a little old school. We bought a bunch of yahtzee cows back in early 2000 and who really clicked on em so bout 4 yrs afo i went back to it to make some cool steers no one bite on him so i left him intact and have laughed ever sincr, but we love him. throws em thick, hair ,big bone, and tons of body. Have kept every heifer we have ever had out of him so maybe looking to sell soon.

Both these steers are out of the shorthorn bull. The red steer was a half sib to the black bull. . If not for houston being canceled we were looking for them to make a splash there but there ya go. Havnt had any out of the american yet should have some in november or december.

Those steers have some gas in the tank-More the newer type that were briefly discussed in the heifer thread-like to see a full sib heifer to that red Steer-Little bit of a time machine which is cool beans to me and  look at the trimmer sound look they have JMO-And guarantee they are as naturally wide as anything That younger roan has the same later maturing look with length in the right places-The set to his legs and foot make up are pretty impressive to me too-Way Sound and green like he should be at that age Hes good O0

We have a sib to the red steer hoping for a heifer. I appreciate the kind words we sure like them. Just a smaller time breeder but hoping to grow. Got three young kiddos of my own and trying to raise em for them to show and grt into

I promise he's got plenty of nuts. He's been working cow's for almost 70 days now and looks pretty good in my opinion.
