Which one would be best to breed to a first time heifer?

Neither. Both of their BW EPDs are huge. For a heifer you want a low birth weight. I would look at Perfect Timing or some of the other About Time sons out there or Sensation. There is also 3027 or Harland for more of a commercial side. Purple Tonic is also heifer safe.

What size of a pen do I need for calving? I know you want as much room as possible. Would a 12x12 work or a 15x12?
