How do you get rid of ring worm fast???

We have 8 head of fall heifers we are selling in about 45 days.  They all have ring worm.  some worse than others and most have some on there head/face area.  We started treating with Sullivan's fungal and fungus fighter  about 5-7 days ago.  We aren't noticing any improvement.  Any ideas on other products that might work to cure this?  Thank you.

Bacon grease, or do a search on here and you will find numerous ideas and treatments.  This time of year it should not be too hard to kill as sunlight will help also.

john deere fluid film, spray on morning and night. works awesome, had hair growing back in less than a week.

We use Derma Cloth.  It works very well and is very easy to use, even for kids.  It comes in a package much like diaper wipes.  I take out a cloth or two, cut it into about 8 pieces and put them in a zip lock, easy for my nephew to use. <cowboy>
