Never got the chance to Show.  Actually, didn't even know there was such a thing as showing animals (other than dogs).

My girls won a bunch, but I couldn't guess how many times.  I will brag on one Heifer bred & exhibited by my younger daughter.  Pretty nice calf!

That's pretty impressive!  What I'm the most impressed about is that you took her out that much and still kept her really competitive.  This heifer must not have gone through many weird growth stages.

Had a bunch of division champs and reserves.  Even had a Reserve Grand at our state preview show.  Can't seem to get that top spot except at county fairs.  I guess you've got to have something to keep getting your butt out of bed to rinse the heifers in the morning!

Probably 30 overalls, counting jackpot summer shows. 2 at Major shows, both at San antonio in tx. Can't even begin to count breed champions.

It's not the number of shows you've won, it's how much you've learnt.

I believe you should learn one new thing at every show, no matter how many shows you've been to.

A very wise man taught me years ago that it is not about winning" Its all about wanting to win" yes Mr McPeak was my teacher when i was a kid and now when my children went to the Cattle camp he is still on his soap box and it is a good one to . And yes we have done some winning but when my kids tell me this I do know something went wright. If you get a chance to go or send your children to OSU Connors Mcpeak show cattle camp take it, yes even from a 40 year ranching background you can learn a thing or two.
