You know, actually going into those trees back there might help ya out  ;)  If you need help finding em, let me know.  I'll be starting my search for mushrooms this week after I get done with finals.

Also, if you need help eating whatever mushrooms you do find, I may have to come inspect your stock and your fungi.

I ran off some mexican laborers last summer that just showed up in my pastures. I asked what they were doing and they said looking for mushrooms in the cow manure. I ran them off quickly then proceeded to walk out in the pastures looking myself. Old habits die hard. The psychodelics would be where my knowledge resisdes unfortunately. I saw them growing in pastures in Hawaii one time, ate a few to many and had a moment. Couldnt stop laughing at the bartender.

Yeah, we've had crazies come out and try to find the psychedelic variety in our pastures before.  A friend of mine actually ate a mushroom he found under a dried up cow pie once. He didn't trip, but it took quite a few beers to get the taste out of his mouth haha.

Thats funny. No matter how you eat them, they taste horrible lol. We tried it all back in the day. Peanut butter or beer worked best. Sure dont taste anything like the morells in flour and breading fried in butter!

I remember finding a weird looking one once and asked an old river rat if it was good to eat. After I recovered I looked it up in a book where it told me that it was the equivalent of drinking jet fuel.OFS,there are two things that are off limits here.Highlevel daughters and fungi!
Here are a couple more shots, the first is a 4508 and the second a 108.The dam of the first calf is out of the dam of the second calf.

Okotoks, that calf is the result of mating 108 to a better than 7/8 sister.

Can I get his name or reg. number so I can look him up? That`s some line breeding that obviously worked!
