It's been a long time since I've implanted any steers and I have a quick question. I'm out of town working and my wife took all of the show steers to the Vet today for various things. I asked her to ask the Vet his opinion on implanting them in the future. At some point, there was some miscommunication and now I have four steers with Revlar G in their ears. Two of them are tagged for the Texas majors and are both 950- 1000#. I'm not overly concerned about them because they're both structurally sound but I wanted to wait a little longer. The other two are county steers and won't see the show ring until the last week of April. One is a nice AOB at 790# and the other is a pretty good American at 680#. How screwed am I on the younger two? I'm open to opinions on what to do.
