I have to give an informative speech for a class, any ag related ideas that you think would be interesting?

If its a non ag class then a topic that always seems to get peoples attention is all the products consumer use that are derived from animal bi products.  The public is often baffled that we get things other than meat, milk, and clothing from animals.
