Inventive ways of preparing beef...

Know this is more of a show cattle site but was looking for some new concepts utilizing lean beef and came across this. Italian cuisine is very complimentary to leaner beef products.

Have been an advocate of more research and development to help boost beef consumption in our Country and wish more money would go in this direction.

  Southern Italian wines are my favorites... super value.

Can or could Beef check off team up with local wineries? recipes on the necks of bottles?  Most regional growers are small production 10 cases or less.  So what about Oregon, california and washington mega producers?

Wish there was a like button!    Could be as simple as little 3 inch square with a elastic band over the neck of the wine bottle......  Used to work at a wine shop, distibuters are looking for ways to set there product apart from the others.  Might be able to work with the local sales reps ona regional basis if the vineyards them selves aren't interested.
