Gator Mom,
  Two weeks isn't enough time, give 'em two more to see results.
I used generic 'mectin' on one set of cows, and Ivermectin on the other set, poured a day apart. The original held and the generic failed miserably!

after you mix it in the 5 gal bucket, do you spray it on them. Will it hurt thier hide or hair?

dump the bucket on them, doesn't burn the hide or hair.
