Latest on Alias?

What is the latest on Alias?  There was some talk of him being NHC, but I would have thought he would clean by pedigree.

Did ABS really pull him from being available?  He is still on the ABS web site.

What about calving ease?

Look in to Shiver for first time calving ease

afhm, NH (water head) was the genetic disorder they found in Angus cattle after AM (curly calf).  G A R Precision 1680 was a carrier for both.

Check the ABS website again.  He is under club calf sires.  Be sure to scroll down as the bulls are not in alphabectical order.  None of the Angus defects are reported on the bull at the ASA website where Alias is listed as an other breed sire.  His name is actually Cling Alias.
