It's been brought to my attention that there has been several semen purchasers that had registration problems because I had unpaid bills with the ASA. I was not aware of any of this until today. Luckily my former partner on the bull stepped up and saved the day for you all. Here's the facts. I went through a very rough patch in life. I lost pretty much everything. I've duscussed this in here before. I had a partnership in a cow with a guy that went very bad. After two years , the customer had not seen a return on their investment. I had unpaid bills at the ASA. It was a hot mess. I ended up just giving up my half of the cow to the other partner with a very nice bull calf on her side. I later called the ASA and asked how much I needed to pay to make everything square with my late fees, late registration, and transfer. This is for one cow and one calf and one bull mind you. 381.00 dollars later I was told everything was good. I then asked my membership be cancelled. I considered the matter closed. Well, it wasn't. A month later I get another bill from ASA for 130.00 for late transfer fee and late registration. I threw it in the trash. I received this bill for many months following. I ignored it. I was still broke. Still a single parent of two kids. Still trying to hang on and rebuild the farm. I didn't post on here for a long time. I had nothing to say. I had nothing to show for. I read the post on the 329 or Dover choice and I thought I could add something helpful. The next day I get a nasty note from my former partner on the bull saying they had to save the day to keep happy customers. All this time I never received one phone call, text or email saying this was a problem.

So here's my solution. If I have caused you a problem getting certs on 329 samen please contact me. I'd like to make it right. I also offered Wonder Woman to reimburse her for costs she occurred paying off my unpaid bill at the ASA. I will do whatever I can to make this right. I recently purchased 5 bred shorthorn cows in hopes to getting back into raising shorthorns. I'd like to not start this out on the wrong foot.

7408154145 is my cell. If you're a customer that this affects please contact me to discuss making it right.

Thanks.

Brock.

Best of luck to you.  I wish more people would learn accountability.  Not everything has gone perfect in my life, either.  I don't know very many people who have had perfect lives.  The true measure is how you go on from there.

I learn a lot from your posts.
I don't think you have dishonored yourself by getting tired of dealing with BS. If its not top secret, I'd be interested in what you got to start over with.
Once, I did this big epd crunch on calving ease, maternal calving ease, moderate yearling growth bulls one time, reproducing native type epds... And then did the mate match thing with those epds. The majority of females the model came up with were RS cows. I just thought that was interesting and wondered what it means.
That is a ricochet remark about 329, not just a random thought.

The random thought is.... Did you ever track down the mystery blood in Dividend? Knabes suggestion to ask Ohlde was just too intriguing to forget.

I don't know as we'll ever know what's beyond FOUNDATION on the Deerpark cattle.  Quite a few North American breeders have travelled to Ireland, including JIT I believe, but I don't know as if they know with a high degree of certainty.  Mr. Quane would have been the only one that could tell you for sure.  I've heard the Galloway connection through Improver, and lately possibly Clipper King of Bapton.  I've heard many things regarding the Leader line including Maines, Beef Fresians, and others.  I wouldn't even guess as to what's correct.  Maybe it's a secret, much like the mystery surrounding Rodeo Drive and Ransom G-9.

Thanks guys. I'm just trying to make things right. It's no secret about what cows I bought. I could only afford five bred cows but it's a start. Lee Miller of Paint Valley Farms in ohio treated me great a gave me a good selection to choose from that I could afford. I bought four head that are geared toward the commercial sector I believe and one cow that was just a beast. My son is almost old enough to show and I just couldn't resist buying her. I swore I would never own a show cow again but I was wrong. I will attach some pictures. There are two JPJ daughters, a JSF Reload daughter, a Sir Patrick daughter and the showier cow is a Sull Red Raider out of a straight bred Eionmor cow. Pretty interesting twist to the common show blood lines. They are bred to Leveldale Ringo and a Kaper 4508 son named Frontline. The plan is to breed up the four cows to high acc sires via AI and the other cow will be bred differently. More geared toward producing a good calf my kid can show and sell to get him started.

Good to have you back in the business TG.Looks like you have a good nucleus to work from.Just to clarify, your heifers are bred to Red Commander who is a full brother to Frontline.

Nice looking cow TG. Happy for ya man. I think that Red Raider should do really good for you. Just watch her hooves and hopefully her udder is still decent. Other than that her calves should perform awesome. Also, appreciate your openness and taking responsibility on stuff. Not a lot of people do that these days.
