Looking for an artist

I am looking for an artist that can take my idea and create a design. I do not need Picasso or Rembrandt, just a pencil/charcoal type drawing of a simple country idea. 
I could offer a bit of money...

My daughter is beginning her junior year at Liberty U. as a studio and graphic arts major.  She is quite talented I must say!
