Looking for clean up bull Maine cross or simmy cross?

Hi everyone I'm starting to look for a clean up bull  I was wondering what everybody likes. I'm looking into either a Maintainer or simm cross what are the pros and cons to the breeds I have a mix of cows shorthorn Cross and Maine angus. I also live in Colorado at about 6800 feet and some winters can be pretty cold. any info would be great thanks

for heifers or cows?

I will use him on cows 3 to 5 years old I run my heifers with a bull my family has but I still don't want something that will throw really big calves
