Looking for show heifer for 2010-Indiana

Hello. I am looking for a 4-H heifer for next year that will be shown by a friend, but then be used in my herd. Open to any breed but Angus, partial to Limousin's (my herd is Lim or Lim x's). I have considered adding a Simm. to our herd, so very open to them. Would like to find something that will show well at the county level for $1500, but also has a low birth weight/calving ease, and has a good disposition. This 4-H'er has shown once before, a very calm heifer from our farm. She shows promise, we just need to get her something other than a market calf to show. I'm in Zionsville, which is just northwest of Indy. I raised this one from a bottle, so she's very used to being handled daily. She's not registered yet, but I'm working on getting the info to do that.

There's nothing wrong with Angus, I just don't want any Angus heifers for the fair.
