Looking for the impossible steer - late county fair

Okay, we have a late county fair, it is the first week of May next year.  This is what I am looking for, let me know if you can help!!  I want something that will class out in the American class, something with Brahman influence.  The one we had last year was 3/4 Maine and 1/4 Santa Gertrudias and he was an aweome steer.  I need something that was born in December or January, no later than that.  If you know of something or someone that has a really good one please let me know.  Thanks!

I dont have any american class steers but I do have ShorthornxMaine crosses that are the right age.

We  have a coal black american that was born in early Jan. He is out of Stiener bull and out of a maine cow from Mimms.
