I am thinking of using these bulls this year and was looking for some more calf reports on them since a few of them now have a couple of calf crops on the ground. I was wondering what kind of cows they work on, how they grow and birth weights.

The majority of my herd is sim and sim cross cows with some clubby.  I am mainly wanting bulls with moderate to low BW to raise show hfr.  Will any, if not all of these bulls work for what I'm trying do?  Thank You

Just be sure your cows are pha free if using banshee and maternal perfection. But I like both those bulls for making show hfrs. Have seen some real nice grizzly bear hfrs also.

While in search for a show heifer this past fall, consistently the BEST show heifers I found were Grizzly Bears. In fact I bid on three different ones. I had a $7500 limit (college tuiton sucks)lol and i didnt get any of them. I think Two Tone would be right off the table in this case. I like Banshee and Maternal Perfection, but they're game managers to me when going against Grizzly Bear in my opinion. In fact I bought a heifer last month. My father asked me what on earth was I doing, as she was extremely green. I seriously looked at him and said I bought her to make show heifers and told him right then and there I was IVF'ing her to Grizzly Bear next spring. He is also second calf heifer safe. Will they milk..... I doubt it.... but for making heifers to solely compete in the ring and then live at an et facilty, I would say Grizzly Bear is the man for you!!! Plus I think sexed heifer on him is between $85-$100/straw. dont quote me on that part though

Had a Grizzly Bear bull calf out of the best female we have. Was hoping for a heifer, but he's a stud. More powerful then I expected but super sound. His nuts are staying on for now, THF/PHAF. BW was more moderate then her Eye Candy calves last two years.

Also had a Maternal Perfection heifer, fine BW probably 80ish pounds. Jet fronted and hairy.

I'll use both bulls in the future, I consider them the top two  new clubby options for trying to make heifers. Stock Broker will be up there soon I bet.

Just because he sold for $75,000 and has a photo shopped picture, doesnt mean hes going to be the next great one...

I really like his pedigree, of course I won't use him till I see  calves out of him.

Month old Banshee X Mercedes Benz.  Like her a lot - very sound/correct and has eye appeal.

Good heifer, what is this Banshee bull?

Also was thinking more about the original topic, an advantage Maternal Perfection has over Grizzly Bear, in my opinion, is the fact he has no monopoly blood so his daughters can be bred back that way.

I don't know the owners, the buyers or the breeders. I stood behind that bull (Stock Broker) before he sold at Ohio Beef Expo. He was a beast. Wide deep and hair. Have no idea how he will calve out but he was massive bull plus he could move.

Yes that's is the Grizzly Bear bull I was asking about.  Sorry I noticed I spelt his name wrong in the post.

Thank you to everyone who has posted so far.  Maternal Profection and Grizzly Beat where the main two I was leaning towards before I made the post.  If anyone else has anymore to add on these bulls I would be glad to read it
