Where does Matt come up with such crafty names such as Double Trouble, Blaze of Glory, Meyer 735, Gunsmoke, Black Power Play, Pistol Pete, Proud Jazz? Creativity at its best.

That real shiny glossy paper he uses makes really good fire starter I've found.

^^^^ agreed.

The bulls named above actually do not have that impressive or creative names.

Haven't most of the names listed above been already used in the past? Like way back, before some of you were born.  ::)

Yes, they're all recycled and appear to be unrelated to the original bulls. When I think "Pistol Pete", it's a black and white picture! <beer>

The kids on Twitter and Instagram won't have a clue though.

My whole point was that he just uses names of successful bulls from the past, i guess i should have used an emoji to show humor for the younger crowd who might not remember those bulls.  To me its shows a lack of respect to those original bulls and owners.  Whats next, Irish Whiskey? EXT? Dream On, maybe he could even throw Cunia in the mix along with Full Flush?

Ive also found it annoying myself, but I'm not using based on the name. Most of the bulls that will stand the test of time have original names. I think the recycled names are just his filler bulls.

Apples to oranges

it might be misleading because some of those bulls genetics are still around believe it or not. its not that hard to pick an original name.

Yes I understand... I really don't think it's a big deal, everyone can see the bulls bloodlines and differ between the old and new

I dont care either way on the bull names, but when I think of Pistol Pete, I think of the  enormous ears that he put on his cattle.
