I am not trying to hurt your feelings,please understand that,ok? Your heifer is fine boned and has no volume to her. Some folks will tell you untruths about your calves even if they know better. You don't learn squat that way.Analyze your heifer,look at other heifers her age,go to some shows with good quality heifers and then be honest within yourself.Good Luck.
