You need to be feeding a finisher not a developer.  If he's eating 30lbs a day, rest assured he's gaining over 3lbs/day.

Let's cover the basics:

1.  Are you sure he is cleaning up his feed?  Hang out and watch him.  Maybe he is sick and knocking over feed
2.  Does he have diarrhea? check his temp
3.  Are you sure the scale is accurate?  Eating that much feed a day would generate at least 25lbs per week
4.  Do you have him on a monthly worming schedule?

He is cleaning it up I watch him  and idk about the scale but I don't like changing from a devokper to a finisher so I use power fuel

That's definitely what those selling supplements would encourage you to do but that is not what's best to increase your calf's daily gain and get adequate cover.  Good luck

Why don't you like switching? If you like you can keep the developer but you need to start adding straight corn into his diet. More starch = More finish

If you want to add fat, which you need, change to a finisher and you will see a weight gain. I would also substitute 8 lbs per day of steam rolled corn, 4 lb per feeding.  Supplements are fine but he needs to be eating the right feed.  Supplement with stabilized rice bran, it gives a nice smooth layer of fat
